Who looks after your data

What we receive

Through the contact form: your name, your business, your WhatsApp number and, if you choose, your Instagram and what matters most to you right now.

When you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation stays on WhatsApp.

To learn which pages help, the site counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It adds up page views, country and device type, with no cookies and without knowing who you are.

How we use it

To reply to you and come to the first conversation already understanding your business. Visit numbers are only used to improve the site.

Who has it

Only the two founders, in the agency’s internal system. We don’t sell your data, share it, or use it for ads. The site and the system run on Vercel, which stores the files for us.

Cookies

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser keeps only a temporary note for the page transitions and your form draft, and both are gone when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

For as long as we’re talking or working together. Ask us to delete it, and we will.

Your rights

You can ask what data we have about you, correct it, get a copy or have it deleted. Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD) guarantees this, and we apply it wherever you live. Send the request on WhatsApp and you’ll hear back within 15 days.
